Matrix Organization Structure

Using the Matrix Organization Structure, you can show the different ways in which your unique projects intersect with the positions and people of your company. The Matrix Organization Structure is a group of four fully editable PowerPoint slides that allow you to change the colors and text at any time to suit your unique project. This Matrix Organization Structure features a column that reads ‘project name’ and a row on top that reads ‘position.’ Points on the graph are able to be moved around with ease in order to indicate which projects intersect with which positions.
